About the role:

We are on the hunt for an Operations Administrator extraordinaire to provide efficient administrative support to the branch, particularly our operational teams, to ensure all aspects of job scheduling, project planning, training coordination, equipment logistics, site assistance, and payroll processing are completed accurately and on time.

We would love to talk to you if you have:

  • Experience in a similar administration role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Able to work independently (self-directed) and as part of a team
  • Pride yourself on being a self-starter, quick to learn new things and amazing at finding lost pieces of puzzles to complete the picture
  • Proven ability to remain cool, calm, and collected and thrive in a busy and demanding role with conflicting deadlines
  • Strives for a high level of customer satisfaction (internally and externally)
  • Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels and different nationalities
  • Punctual, honest, reliable, hardworking, with a positive attitude
  • Good communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Work and Excel (to an intermediate level)
  • Preferable if you have experience with SAP software.
